The field has a pedestrian gate and car access gate which is kept secure. It has running water from a tap but no electricity. The grass will be cut before the event. Cost £10 per pitch per night payable in advance.
Book via Chris Wilson. Please ensure he sends an acknowledgement.
Fuddle-The Oread will be providing some welcome beer, drinks and crisps on Friday evening. Anyone interested can join a Fuddle. Please bring along one plate of finger food or snacks to share. Please bring your own plates and drinking vessels for environmental reasons. We will keep a few spares. Also, if you have a camping table can you bring it along to the fuddle.
Saturday’s barbeque will have salads to share plus burgers and sausages (both meat and veggie) in buns with the usual trimmings. These will cost around £3.50 each. If you want to partake, please
advise when you book the camping so the café can get enough supplies. We are sorry but can gluten intolerant folks bring their own food. The café is licenced until 10:00PM and will get some draft real beer (Chatsworth Gold) if there is enough interest. They also have bottled beers and soft drinks for sale.
Sunday’s events will be driven by the number of attendees so it would be good if you could indicate to the leaders, you are likely to attend. Either via our Whats App group or email. For climbing and bouldering we would really appreciate you sharing your plans on Saturday evening so others can join in the fun. This can be verbally or via the notice board at the campsite.
Departure on Sunday needs to be by the middle of the evening. You can also leave vehicles in the overflow car park at the café during the day. There is no overnight parking at Baslow. There might be limited parking at Heathy Lea but please book in as usual.
